Welcome to Perth Doo’cot Cricket Club

We run three senior teams that play in the Strathmore and Perthshire Cricket Union’s leagues on Saturdays, as well as a Sunday team, four youth teams (U-13 to U-16) and a women’s team (PK Panthers, in conjunction with Meigle CC).
We also run indoor senior training on Tuesday evenings from early February to late March at Bertha Park School and outdoor training at Doo’cot Park on Tuesdays and Thursdays from early April. Our Monday-night junior training sessions will begin in late April and our women’s section trains at the ground on Wednesday evenings.
From May to July we also organise the eight-week ECB All Stars (5-8-year-olds) and Dynamos for Girls (9-11-year-olds) programmes.
We are always delighted to welcome new members of all ages and all abilities. If you would like to join the club or find out more about what we have to offer, please write to perthdoocot@gmail.com.
As a friendly club that aims to serve the local community, we also welcome social members. 
We are always on the lookout for helpers and volunteers too. If you have some spare time on your hands and would like to help us out with admin duties, scoring, organising events and the like, then please let us know at the email address above.

WELCOME TO PDCC

Welcome to the website of Perth Doo'cot Cricket Club. We play our cricket at the beautiful Doo'cot Park, which celebrated its centenary in 2025 and is owned by the Gannochy Trust, and we aspire to be the most welcoming and friendliest club in the area.

We run three weekend teams, a women's section, and a thriving juniors section comprising girls and boys. Our first XI competes in the Strathmore & Perthshire Cricket Union (SPCU) North East Championship, the second tier of Scottish club cricket, while the second XI takes part in Division One and the third XI Division Two. Our Sunday XI plays in the SPCU's Recreational and Development League.

Whether you're a cricketing novice or an experienced player, new members are always welcome. We run junior coaching on Monday evenings (6.30pm to 8pm or later) and senior nets at the same time on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Come and join us!

The club is a member of PACES, Perth & Kinross Council's club accreditation scheme, which recognises PDCC as a safe and well-structured club with the appropriate policies in place.
